Manufacturer-Flashy on September 30, 2024 3:49 pm If this happened to you twice this summer, it must be bad configuration or poor maintenance. Did derailleur get into your spokes?! Shimano usually doesn’t go that easy. Warranty lasts 3 years, but like I said; check your config.first and good luck!
