Looks very cool, this must be fantastic to go to the market! I guess that you remove the box when you get back at home, have you found a way to detach it without tools?
I consider getting similar Ergon grips as you. Is it ok to fold the bike with these on? Can you avoid them ripping on the floor?

I’m a bit concerned about the leverage of that basket. That’s a very long arm pulling into a direction the bike frame wasn’t designed for.
