So I recently did my first ever puncture repair but when I put the wheel back on and shifted up the gears, the derailleur now grinds/jams and stops me from pedaling (I've only done it by hand not actually riding as I don't want to put too much force through it). I added some pictures of each side of the wheel because I thought maybe I've put the wheel back on wrong or wonky as I haven't changed anything on the derailleur itself and a picture of the other side where you can see it's taken off some paint.
