Honestly? It needs a lot of work. Lie the whole drive train needs a rebuild, the tires are done and cooked, the wheels aren’t great ad would likely need replacing and upgrades. New tires alone go for 100+ for a pair of decent entry level road bike tires.
I wouldn’t expect to get much more than $100 to $150 for this. You can get refurbished ready to ride bikes like this for as cheap as $150-300ish at bike shops that deal in used bikes.
Those old steel Trek frames are popular with bike nerds but they’ll mostly be buying it for the frame and fork, not the parts on it.
If you put it up for sale at like $200, you *might* be able to get $150 for it.

It was a nice bike at the time of its entrance into the market. It’s a bit old now and I would think you could sell it for probably somewhere somewhere around $100.00 bucks.
