Even though it’s a Decathlon’s cheapest bike (Elops Speed 500), it’s pretty solid.
I’m making a lot of city rides, a lot of elevation gains and a lot of high speed segments. Made a few 100km rides too, one with 2300m elevation.
I love this bike, gave me back my pleasure from riding.
    Changes made:
    – added reflective stickers
    – changed tyres to puncture proof ones
    – changed flat to drop bar (yes, I don’t use the bar tape)
    – changed freewheel (died after 1000km)
    – added straps

    1. Love the cheetah spots. Nice ride!

Nice to see another single speed rider with straps. Cages don’t feel right and I really like having foot retention.
