      I’d say so. It’s a 125$ bike 🤷 (bikes are expensive). It’s old, it’s not gonna be worth upgrading if you want to, depending on the type of riding you want to do you may quickly outgrow it. It’s from the era when mountain bikes were still built like glorified road bikes.

      With that being said you’ll be able to peddle it down an unpaved path from point a to point b. So if that’s all you’re looking for to get into the hobby go for it.

      I wouldn’t feel bad if that was my first bike.

      Seems like a decent deal. You could do a lot worse for the price.

      If your think your going to like mountain biking I’d say spend more to get something with modern geometry and components. You’ll be saving money in the end.

      Hard pass for me because the geometry is way old and I would be wary of going over handlebars on simple terrain. $125 might put you in the hospital.
