    2. Yes dropper is a bit long but it does need some length for you to be able to pull the post out. Main issue is that the rear brake should be routed to the other side of the frame.

      It looks like your brakes are set up moto style but the frame is designed for right rear left front brakes. This makes the rear brake hose take a strange path into the frame rather than crossing in front of the head tube before entering the frame. I think you still need the length of the rear brake hose in case you crash and the bars spins 180+ degrees. 

      The dropper and front brake hoses are way too long!! 

      Little clips are nice but I like electrical tape.
