[HELP] Deciding on my first road bike

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate some help in deciding on my first road bike. Some stuff about me:

Age: 21

Height: 6ft/183cm

Weight: 75kg/165lbs

Inseam(inner leg length): 82cm/32.2in

Country: Greece (mixed terrain in my area, lots of small gradients/hills) (weather is very good for bikes/motorcycles all year round but I still want to buy a disc bike just to be safe for commuting even on rainy winter days)

Budget: 1500 (hard max) (only new, dont want to buy used)

Experience level: Beginner

Riding goals: long distance rides, training/racing, casual weekend group rides, commute (dont care about madgurads/rack mounts/etc)
