Added the Oveja Negra lunchbox up front and added shock cord to that for future wet stuff.
3 13L bags were too much so I I stuck with one in the rear instead.
Deciding on either a bolt on tailfin flip 1.5l top tube bag or a oveja Negra bolt on (I like the one on my gravel bike.)
And last but not least I'm going to have a custom frame bag made which will be mainly for water and food. Looking into the apidura frame pack hydration bladder to toss in it.
And I'll have one feed bag on the bars.

Looks balanced. I might be stepping in after you’ve already posted before but is that the aero rack? I really like the look of those bags too.
It looks evenly distributed, but it looks like the center of gravity is very high. Is it stable at speed?
