Saw you talking a little about the fork swap. Lots of rockhoppers / stumpjumpers in my area for dirt cheap and I would love to do a fork swap for part of a project bike.
How “easy” is it to find a matching fork like you have And DIY it? I’m not super knowledgeable currently with the wrenching but am good at research lol
