My daily driver belt drive Surly Straggler's Alfine geared hub pissed itself (leaked oil thrice) so I'm saying screw it, back to daily driving singlespeed. Just need to order a new shorter belt, and some lockrings for my brake rotors and I can put the thing together again.
Parts list: Surly straggler 56cm frame in chlorine dream, Mavic allroad wheels are going on it, Panaracer Pasela PT folding in 700×38, PRO discover 44cm handlebar, tubus disco rack etc etc. I spent way more on it than I'd like but every single part is of good quality so I can't complain.
