I have a set of Shimano RS171 wheels I would like to use as a backup set or when I want shallower times. They are both centerlock disc brakes and the same width. But the Shimano hub seems slightly different from the DT Swiss 240s that came with the bike. The DT Swiss wheels have a bit more of a “flange” where the Shimano hubs are just flat. Is there any issue using the Shimano wheels on a Canyon Ultimate SLX 8 Di2? Are there different types of thru axel standards here?
