    2. Hello all!

Does anyone know a bike brand with “stylish” looking gravel bikes in the Standert aesthetic, that come with more beginner appropriate components?

I have a friend who wants to pick up cycling on a gravel bike but is very specific about the aesthetic.

Buying the frame set and building it up with lower end components is not an option unfortunately as the bike will be financed via a company plan (Job Rad) and must be bought fully assembled.

What exact part of the aesthetic is it that he likes?

Just the color choices? Because the range of colors on gravel bikes is as wide as the range of brands and models.

Just the fact that you can see titanium? Because titanium gravel bikes in general seem to start at around 3k once you move away from Standert.

The specific painted and unpainted titanium two-tone look of Standert? Because it’s been retired recently, you can’t even get it anymore.

The fact that the tubes are rather slender and classic looking compared to aluminium and carbon? Because steel gravel bikes also look this slender and are generally more affordable, just at a weight premium.

Also, you could look at VSF fahrradmanufactur. I have the GX500 and its a sweet looking and solid bike. The sram Apex functions flawlessly and now there is an offer for 1800€
