In the second part of our overlanding adventure, we dive deeper into the rugged landscapes of northern Greece and cross into Bulgaria. From winding mountain roads to challenging off-road tracks, we discover some of the most breathtaking scenery these regions have to offer. Our journey takes us to the historic peak of Kaimaktsalan, where battles were fought and lives were changed during World War I.
Along the way, we’re met with unpredictable weather, stunning views, and the kind of remote beauty that’s worth every challenge. This leg of the trip pushes us further into the wild, reminding us why we embrace the road less traveled.
