      Hmm looks pretty schmick but it is quite an old model. My gut feel would be a price closer to $US 2500 but would be interested to hear others opinions.

      The other check point would be ; Is this bike in line with the riding you expect to be doing? And consistent with your flexibility? The tarmac is very much a race bike and it looks like the steerer is quite short.

      Otherwise a very nice rig with good parts.

      Overpriced.

      $2500 tops. Also, those are not Dura Ace levers. They are non-series Ultegra. They are the ST-785, the Alfine spec.

      Just as an fyi this bike has “scs” wheels which was a specialized proprietary hub spacing. Most after market rear wheels are not compatible and I would avoid buying this bike, in general.

    4. Pass.

      This is from before the actual standard for disc brake road bikes (12×100/12×142 thru axle and flat mount calipers) set in. Nothing on here is standard.

      Most parts as it relates to the wheels and braking system you could buy today won’t fit without adapters, if at all.
