Looks excellent, nice work! I’ve tried this with a similar method, but my form for the dimpling part kept walking all over the place, to the point where it made it impossible to keep it where I wanted it. My LBS suggested that filing a small groove in the form parallel with the chainstay might help keep it centered, but I just moved on and downsized the tires.
