Ultegra? If so I think $600 is good. If 105 probably $400-450

That’s an OK price with 105, offer $500 and settle in the middle somewhere.

Cannondale makes great alloy frames just make sure youre a bit taller than whoever set that saddle height not a big fan of quick release wheels like it got disc brakes but they couldnt spring for thru axles lol. Also if its a press fit bb thats less than ideal
