They sold mine with the rear axle loose, the stem misaligned, the wheels dished, and the derailleurs totally out of whack. Now they’re cheaping out on the welds! Honestly I see this as a very bad sign.

Still has the same pictures, still says “Aluminium frames just don’t look this elegant. We do it by expertly filing down and sanding the welding seams, so they’re almost invisible to the casual observer.” and still costs the same it did before.

I got a Grizl 7 RAW last month. Honestly, it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. I hardly noticed it in the first look and now I actually like it.
Buying RAW was better than waiting for months (for the color I wanted)
Noticed, my Endurace 7 AL bought a month back, changed it’s name in Canyon app. It says RAW now, and I have smooth welds on bike. So maybe supply issues, went with RAW, since people complained, and You get a lottery?

Why is raw in capital letters? Do the letters stand for something?
I used to do photography as a side hustle and would shoot in jpeg plus raw (like photo plus film negative) and some hobiests would incorrectly assume raw should be in capitals as RAW. In that photography contest, “raw” meant the raw photo data before any processing. No idea what Canyon means?
