First bike is a 2008 Specialized Hardrock that I bought on a whim from a local dealer that I didn't seriously ride until about 2017. After wearing down the knobbies I picked up a pair of Serfas Drifters that provided a much smoother ride and only one flat over the course of 3 years. At the end of July I bought the Marin DSX 1 to give myself a much more enjoyable riding experience, especially when it comes to hills.
I try to average at least 100 miles per week so hopefully I can get close to 4,000 by the end of the year if the weather is mild enough.
