Went on a 12 day tour through Hungary. Unfortunately had to skip some sections because of the heat.

The initial plan was to start in Satu Mare, Romania and cycle to Debrecen, then follow EV14 to Balaton, circle the lake and go back to Budapest to catch the train home. But the heat was absolutely unbearable, so I took the train from Debrecen to Eger, then to Budapest, then back to Budapest as soon as I circled the lake. In the end I skipped almost half of the planned journey, but I hope in the next years I will cycle all the way, maybe heading to Slovenia.
