Since it’s not 105 degrees in so-cal right now, it seemed like a perfect Sunday to go for a ride and to gift my buddy a single speed I built him for his birthday. Used my old State Bicycle frame, and various spare parts I had, and got him set up to start getting used to the road.
Masked it as a simply orange grove ride, and mid way, told him it was his. He was stoked and we ended up doing a nice little 20 mile ride ending with some coffee.
