Bipod kickstand for the win! Makes loading and unloading the kiddos much easier. A dropper post is also an awesome upgrade on a dad bike.

You need an ursus jumbo stand. The legs are geared to splay out making it very stable. Mine held two kids securely.

I really need to add a kickstand to my Disc Trucker. I use it to pull my daughter in a Burly Bee all over town and the bike is always falling over while loading up unless I keep one leg on it at all times.

Friendly heads up, we tried 5-6 of these seats over the years. The sooner they can move to the UrRider ($95 one with the foot straps) the better.
