First proper build, learned a lot of things and spent way too much time on forums and YouTube. It's "done" for now (I know it doesn't have a seat/seatpost it's hard to find a 26.2mm seatpost). I will probably swap the brakes out for v brakes or get better cantis because these are not nice and my brand new pads don't fit them. I rebuilt the wheels with a lot of help because they were very far from straight and the white/red is so much nicer. Also went with a 1×11 setup because I love 1x and I don't care if you don't agree.
Best thing is the bike is dead silent. And that alone makes the money spent worth it.

Sweet ride, maybe a set of red pedals would set it off but that is just my opinion. I also enjoy a silent bike. Hope you find a seatpost so you can start riding
