Nope – just seems like an older bike that’s less likely to sell. I would reach out to them and if they seem like a human and not a robot, you’re probably okay.

sadly, that seems like a legitimate price. people don’t understand that nine speed dura-ace was about the peak of road bike technology. take advantage of their ignorance and enjoy that bike.

It’s an old bike, with old, but high end for the period parts. Aluminum frame, so not super desirable. Mavic wheels from that time period can have an annoying squeak come from the freehub mechanism when you coast.
Basically, an old bike that hasn’t had much interest and the owner is getting motivated to sell it. Seems fairly priced for what it is.
