I’ve never understood why Garmin hasn’t released an OEM rack mount for their Varia line.

I managed with the 515 but gave up trying with the 715 and just got the saddle mount instead. My saddle is high enough that my rack and panniers don’t block the view.Â

I use a custom designed a bracket that fits most racks. I’ve got 2k+ miles on it without issue.
