I have a similar one from Aliexpress, which didn’t mount out of the box to my 2022 M6L. The shifters were in the way of the thicker clamps the bar came with. I used P clamps from a hardware store to mount the bar, as they were thin enough to go close to the shifters. The bar you posted has similar clamps, I think it would be ok, but wouldn’t know until trying.
I mount my GPS and phone on mine. The bar rotates a bit, like if I went over a bump and the weight of the phone pulled the bar down on one side, but otherwise is fine. Not sure if yours will have the same issue.
