It is mandatory to have insurance (it’s recommend to have local insurance) and you DON’T have to show it at the border.

In my experience Belarusbank and Paritetbank ATMs are commission free.

Payments in state agencies are ONLY online using a local online bank. Banks are not always nearby!

Use platform.gov.by for the online registration. It’s fun and English version bugs. If your address has an extra building section, e.g. Building 13-1 (and 1 makes a separate building not entrance!) the platform might cut out the “1”.

    1. Hatyn' is a must see for everyone, especially for Ukrainians, especially for younger generations. Many of them never heard of this place ….

    2. Thanks for showing and sharing such amazing sites in Belarus. I have seen Brest Fortress and I should say it’s one of the most picturesque place with amazing museum full of heroic and brave stories. It's so interesting to see after several terrifying wars, Belarus still has such spectacular, and impressive places. It shows Belarussian care a lot about their history and culture. The last seen, the truck was unbelievable. How could you make such a big truck size of a cruise ship? Amazing👍👍😍😍
