      The first day we really struggled and found it quite an intense experience. I didn't realise I could change the gears which made it a whole lot worse! You can probably hear the stress throughout the first day. Jo also did not realise her seat was not tight, so she kept slipping around!

      The second day we went out, we loved it. I will look back very fondly at tandem cycling through Amsterdam, it was epic.
