    1. Many arrests that occur around large events, such as festivals, are not linked to the event itself. They are a result of the increased police presence. Keep this in mind if you read arrest figures in the media.

    2. I ride a simply modified e-bike that has no restrictions on speed and easily exceeds the 15mph speed limit on the flat with a dog trailer. All I did was move the sensor from the back wheel to the pedal crank to trick the brain into thinking I am always going slower than 15mph and it constantly gives power. The limiting factor is the size of the front cog as the frame restricts me from putting anything bigger on it. It's a Bosch'Cube thing. What I don't get is why they took the max speed reading off the computer as you can go faster than the restriction down hill. There is no law against that. I don't know how or why we are letting them get away with stuff like this.

    3. ARRESTED for riding a bike.
      Meanwhile, if you were running around with a machete during a "mostly peaceful protest" they wouldn't bat an eye.
