Dreamy Golden Hour Bike Ride Through Rural New England! We realized a simple and free way to enhance any gravel bike experience no matter where you ride and whether your on an expensive carbon fiber race rig or a budget gravel bike like ours. This “GOLDEN RULE” is universal and can be done every time you ride. It’s now something we utilize as much as we can now that we experienced it but. To show you what we discovered, I can’t think of a better place to showcase this than the pastoral, rural backroads of Vermont and the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. This ride takes us all through two states, an unknown State Forest with incredible scenery and really fast and rugged decents. The feeling I get when riding here is like no where else I’ve ever been. It’s really impossible for words to describe but I feel like this video catches the essence quite well. I’m very happy with the way this episode turned out, it’s my favorite to date. It’s also where my family lives so there’s an extra special. and humorous moment at the end that I’m glad I captured for future days to look back on. What a day!
Much Love,
TMM

The downhills are fun, but the scenery goes by too quickly to fully enjoy! It's quite the dilemma! I'm ready for nice evenings with low humidity here, because the heat is really making riding nearly impossible.
I grew up in the Brookfields in Ma. and now live in Foxboro Ma.! Nothing like riding in Western Ma. I definitely need to come up and check out Vt.
My takeaway of the golden rule is emerse yourself in the moment. Enjoy what is around you. So many of the other people's bike videos place importance on distance rode. For me and my wife, and the 2 of you , it's what you see while riding. To borrow from my Ontario friends… RIGHT ON! Petal for peace. All the best from us in Western New York.
Thanks for the video !
"Where does this go?" 😂😅 Thanks for taking a ride. D@MN it's pretty! Loved the free stuff house and vibing with family. Idyllic is right!

What a gem of a ride! Well done, enjoyed it.❤
Awesome stuff! Some lovely rides have you-Yoda
Thanks for sharing another amazing route with us. Your descriptions of the New England countryside are nothing short of lyrical. Tell Nikki (hope I spelled that correctly) that I love a creepy old cemetery too — especially in the autumn.
My only rule for riding is just: Enjoy the Ride. Plain and simple, just enjoy the experience and the scenery. I even had several stem caps made with those three words and gave some to some riding buddies.
Great drone shots! And great everything, as usual!❤
The Simple Joys of a Bike Ride !! Just by changing up a Ride a little bit.. can change the same bike loop.. Do an evening bike ride when the lighting is different.. Or an early morning ride.. The 5S’s – Sights, Sounds, Smells, Scenery, & Sunset or Sunrise.. Mother Nature at its Finest 🌞🌄😎
Be careful of deer lol. They LOVE golden hour
Recently did a ride from Greenfield, MA, up to Guilford, VT, past the B&B from one of your earlier videos. The pavement section didn’t bother me at all.
Small town quaint America has big nature loving vibes, a golden hour ride on a gravel bike is a glorious way to immerse yourself in the moment…
Yes, I’ve ridden 3 times this week including River Road which is gravel and in beautiful bottom land.
