I’m building a wheel on DR Swiss 350 Hybrid rear hub and the spokes take a LOT of force to get through the hub to this point, but the heads don’t lay flat.
Is this going to sort itself out as I tension? I’ve not built a lot of wheels, but this is my 5th and I’ve not had this problem before.

keep at it, they’ll tension up. That’s part of being a better wheel builder, failure is always an option an can be detected before the wheel is completed
What spokes are you using?
Those hubs have a flange that is clearly thicker than normal, so I’m expecting that they need a special spoke. Maybe the DT Swiss Alpine spoke?

Looks like you need 2.34mm j-bend spokes to fit that thick flange properly.
Just keep building. If you need to, give them a smack with a rubber mallet. This is fine. They’ll seat eventually.
