Worlds is the biggest event of the downhill season, where riders go all out to win the jersey, the rainbow stripes, and ultimate bragging rights of being the best downhill racer in the world. Until next year.
This year marks the first time Worlds has been in Andorra in 9 years. Andorra is Greg’s second home, and it’s his last World Champs. As he is the only rider representing South Africa this year, it’s more than a fitting finale to the GOAT’s 27-year legacy.
Greg, Gracey, and Kirk are repping their countries of South Africa and Canada, with Lucas also in Andorra to support the team.
We’re showing up with our best to celebrate Greg’s legacy, and the chance to ride our wildest at the standalone event of Worlds. There’s a lot for us to be proud of at this event, and the closeness that the team and crew have developed this season is boosting the celebratory energy as they head into the weekend.
