We are hitting it lucky this year, our best Drayton manor visit ever!
Coming off from the opening of The Wave, we head to Drayton Manor to check out the new coaster for ourselves in our latest vlog. The once stand up experience is back in an all new sit down form. You can see our full review of the ride https://youtu.be/Mxwf7pbqAHU
We also wanted to see the refresh of the land which will house the new coaster opening later this year, as the WIld West style theme has given old buildings a new lease of life. With stunning building refreshes, comes upgrades to the once Drunken Barrels, along with an all new family 4D show from Looney Toons.
The park was looking in fantastic condition, with all rides open and operating for an off peak day. Easily our best day at the park, and they are setup well for the new coaster opening, but ensure you give The Wave some time, this make over is not to be missed.

Perfect Weather for a Day at Drayton Manor, espially for the Rapids and Stormforce! Love the new show for the 4D cinema too.
I agree that the Haunting is really underrated, I'm so happy to see Doctor X back though! Love the original audio as well in the madhouse. If only there was an animatronic head in in the 2nd room, it'd be a lot more impressive than the projection personally.

Ben 10/Accelerator was the world’s first junior boomerang, many parks visited Drayton to look at it prior to buying their own.

Great video. Visiting Drayton for the Halloween event. First time in 3 years. Can't wait.
I enjoyed Drayton manor. It was just before apocalypse went. It was shut, and so was the haunting.
We rode gforce, and stand up Shockwave. Had a great time. But the locals were not prevented from queue jumping in Olympic proportions.
One person would go up to 'be with their sister' then about 8 more would push past too.
Hopefully the park has cracked down on that.

basically the rapids trough isn't that deep compared to newly built rapids attractions so having the newer boats which were purchased but an old ride system meant they cant over fill the boats due to the depth of the trough
The wave used to be shock wave they remaid it to be modern insted of the oldest ride now its the youngest so far
