Wot a shame, just coming into some stunning scenery. Cant believe the mileage you did on that back breaker bike well done. Very cool series. User Name Mike, the 5th emergency service! 🚑
You’re a star Kate and Mike is a keeper. Ducati sounded like a Ducati
Respect to you AND Mike, well done.
I thought you said it couldn't be transported with the leak, did you do a make do until you could get it done properly?
Kate, gutted about you lucking out on the road trip, but that's a dam fine looking Ducati you've created!! Awesome!!
I miss my 1981 Ducati Pantah now. That sound. O. M. G. 😊
Hats.. or Helmets off to you Kate, riding that bike, in those mostly wet conditions for that distance!! 😮 Brilliant 👏 you're an inspiration 👏 Bravo!
👍👍
Ahh gutted for you Kate. Once fixed you should try again 😊 Well done the legend Mike for his non stop recovery services 👏 👍
So close. Good on Mike for the rescue. Maybe try again on another Duke like an ST3 that won’t kill your bones.
Mike is a true legend. Good on him and good decision about the bike.
The bike's in canny condition for its age. Air cooled 750 SS Duc, with 70hp…Hmm, glad it's your back and not mine though, pity about the engine giving way .
I must have missed why you're off to Bologna but it must be mega important but you didn't get there oh oh well. . . Good job you have someone in your life who's loyal and caring to drop everything and drive hundreds of miles to rescue you. Nice one.
PS: How'd you keep in shape the amount of junk food you eat ?
Fab series, not the ending you'd hoped for but a fantastic achievement nonetheless 💪👏
Aw shite! That is a disapointment 😕 Well done though las 🙏💚 especially in that riding position! What plans for adventures do you have next? Hey could you have left the bike at the garage and in a couple of weeks when the work was done fly back and continue the ride?
Wow very impressive riding all that distance and most in the rain, I was usually ready to bail after a couple hours on my old 92 750ss. Glad you’re safe and well Kate, cheers to Mike !
Admire your amazingly positive spirit despite the challenges…and Mike is your Marvel Avenger!! Captain Rescue 😂
Next time you go to Baden-Baden, take a day off and go to the spa there, they are famous for it since the roman times.
A hint, Swan Neck adjustable clipons. Lower the pegs about 30mm and your body will appreciate it. A one-way valve in the engine breather also helps remove crankcase pressure increases.
That Wiener schnitzel looked amaaaazing! 😉
Great vlog,i would have kept topping up the oil every 50km. Then kept riding. It . thats what british bike riders do. Its all part of the experience! Whens the fix coming?
I tip my lid to you Kate, there's not much more miserable than a motorcycle in the rain, long distance on motorways, it flips everything about motorcycling on it's head and makes it a chore, but you got to the dry weather and you remember that there's motorcycling and then there's everything else.👍
I don't understand how your bike didn't sink to the bottom of the ocean while crossing the channel. Motorcycles float?
kate what happened to your osmo action 4 its water proof
You two are some team 😁 and an inspiration to others,, you only need oil on the rear tyre 😞,, hope you get a lot more views for this ☘️☘️☘️☘️ from northern Ireland,, biggest respect 💪
Ha! Didn't realise you're just up the road from me. Fabulous trip, despite the oil issue. The crappy weather adds some jeopardy and makes it memorable. You're brave doing it on that bike, my old bones would have given up by Birmingham 😁
I like how she rode the white line when she shot between the two cars
