Vanlife in France: Champagne Tasting, Dijon Delights & Village Fêtes!

We’ve finally arrived in France! Watch as we make our way into the beautiful lesser explored parts of North East France, experiencing just how amazing French vanlife is! Here’s some of the things we got up to:

Time For The Ferry: We had a much better motorhome experience on the Dover to Calais ferry that we were expecting, you can see just how quiet the ship was!
Champagne Tasting: We visited Champagne Bonnevie-Bocart and tasted a few of their delicious champagnes.
More Champagne Tasting: As we headed further south, we spent time with Laurent from Champagne Michel Falmet and saw a family-run champagne house steeped in tradition, with the full vine to glass experience!
Experiencing Village Life: We get invited to a village fete to celebrate Bastille Day, including more champagne and cheesy 80s bangers.
The Historic Town of Langres: This hilltop town was once a Roman fortified stronghold, but is now a stunning example of beautiful French architecture.
More than just mustard: We visited the amazing city of Dijon, Connor nearly blew his head tasting a very spicy mustard, and I rubbed a stone owl for good luck.
Croissants: Yes, we bought croissants in France – how predictable!
