  1. Yep, 95% is pretty much where I am currently. Do a little better on the climbs with lower cadence, this was harder with higher cadence on flats. Heart rate was higher than where I’d like to have. Didn’t have much in the end but 5th place finish is good for now.

Przemork totally earned it, I commented on his YT page too but if you watched women’s road race on olympics last week, American Faulkner did a similar solo breakaway in the end and no one had anything in the tank to follow. Kudos to our friend Przemork, good win!!

  2. That looked like it was gonna be a great sprint at the end! How did he gap those hitters!!?? So much power on your short races and so much going on you need to be on every rider at every moment 😂😂.

I’ve spent the weekend trying to schedule the La Vuelta routes into the 3 different Muckers race days and I’m just waiting for tomorrow for ROUVY to give us the end date for them so I know when to make sure they’ve all fitted in! A proper head scratcher sometimes to work out which will work for the championship and which will work as stand alone races. There’s also some BIG climbs that we’ve put in for the Sunday races/rides we do.

Last thought for your podcasts: interview your team! We are already starting to recognise riders more and more with the help of your videos but to hear from them and give those avatars a “voice” might be really interesting? Do a set of say 10 questions you ask them all so they have time to research/prepare answers for and you get the different answers to the same questions from each rider. Nothing worse than listening to a podcast and the “guest” not being able to think on there feet (which arguably is really hard to do when the pressure is on isn’t it and makes for a boring encounter for the listener)

    Hey, just my rambling thoughts…

Hopefully see your video Thursday Night 🤞🤞.

    Keep up the great work.

  3. This was my first Rouvy race. It was great to see a good number of competitors for this event. I’m looking forward to completing more events over time. Thanks for your awesome commentary. It’s very refreshing and nice to see that you include as many riders as you’re able. Really good job, keep up the good work. Rayving.

  4. Super fast flat track with a few moments to attack. Difficult to divide the group into pieces. They succeeded with 2.7km to go, because the guys couldn't decide who should chase without strong cooperation, there was an opportunity to win solo.
