I would take one of those bags, probably the yellow one, and strap it to your handlebars under the stem. You should find a little bit more secure way to strap on the blue and orange bags. If they’re swaying around everywhere, you might not have a good time.

Take a test ride! Hit some bumps hard and take a few tight turns to see how the bags bounce around and shift.
Definitely recommend the idea of moving one onto your handle bars too for balance.
