    1. Be hilarious if that police van the driver was also on their mobile phone. Would you still film and report them?

I spotted on pc ? On her mobile in a marked police car; parked on the side but her engine was on. Still, strictly breaking the law. But left well alone.

Also I don’t think we can assume the Met chose to prosecute if not heard back from them. Can this be checked via a FOI request? If not then they could just have run out of time. They must get thousands of these submissions a day – not only mobile phone drivers.

    2. 'I can't ignore this, I'll be back in a second'……😊😊 On it!! He has six points already, could have been for the same offence, and because it's six, he's OK to continue, and continue violating the safety of all for his own pleasure. He must have known of CM, because he was pleading from the outset. So WHY ARE YOU DOING IT, particularly in a spot where CM is potentially around??

And you know what? Don't feel way about going to court for these people. It wouldn't happen were they not doing the conduct in the first place, and as much as they may plead, they need a sharp lesson to ensure they not only don't repeat the offence, but help others deter from doing so.

    3. Ur not supposed to be riding around cars in traffic if he set off and ur in front of him and u get ran over its ur own fault eatch urself out here nothing bad has happened to u yet but im sure it will with the attitude u have 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

    4. He’s only sorry as you got him, and on his own admission he’s been there before 👍👍👍👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️

    5. You didn’t think about creeping up on the inside of a van ..which was indicating while you were several meters behind him.. it say not to do it in rule 74 of the Highway Code.. 🥴🥴🥴🙄😎

    6. Inadvertently, mobile phones have caused so many deaths, especially ones i have seen when low sports cars, end up with their roofs and heads taken off, from shooting under trucks

    7. Mike’s, what I find comical is that in your pursuit to criminalise drivers who may or may not be putting others at risk on the road, (which I fully endorse) you subsequently potentially caused an accident with another road user (minute 1.55) where you had to actually apologise! Love to hear your excuse for that….. no doubt you won’t simply because it’s not defendible. But I guess it’s ok for you to protect everyone on the road from everyone else but it’s ok for you to cause an accident/injury in the persuit of the same? 🤦🏻

    8. The driver shouldn't be on the phone but he is standing still, not driving. That 6 points he's got doesn't mean he is bad, things happen especially if you drive a lot.
Why not check people on fast roads – this slow trafficked road is easy pickings but not dangerous.

    9. I was a cyclist first for 8 yrs followed by 2 yrs on a moped before I ever got a car licence and feel every one should have at least 2 yrs on a moped before ever getting behind the wheel of a car

    10. Just a question. You say that using a phone while driving has caused over 1,800 deaths and 27,000 injuries, and that one of your relatives was tragically killed by a case of something similar, which makes it understandable why you do this.

However, most of the videos you make seem to be of people not moving in traffic on their phones, when they are at the lowest risk of causing accidents and it’s really unlikely that they will actually still be using their phone while moving, yet you still post and report them regularly. So, often it almost seems like you are just reporting people for a sense of superiority or instant gratification. On top of this, you say things like ‘got one there’ and ‘I report at least one a day’ ‘the most I’ve got is …. In an hour’ as if you are playing a game rather than actually doing this for a good cause. You put them all on YouTube as well and there is a huge sense of ‘name and shame’ and a real ‘gotcha’ element which I think is much more about giving yourself a kick than it is about road safety. So my question is, do you not at least understand why you might receive so much backlash?

    11. Is the cycle lane 2 way or did you cycle into oncoming traffic, and almost collided with another cyclist. Can you give me the location of the cycle path so i can check and also pass this video on to the police for them to see if its lawfully for you to cyle around the lane oblivous to other cyclists.

    12. Mikey, interesting you mentioned PPL.
You should be able to get a National Private Pilots Licence in the UK without a CAA medical. If you meet the standard UK driving licence medical requirements ( cant remember if its group 1 or 2) which I believe includes well controlled diabetes, you self certify. Learn to fly a Microlight; 3-axis or flexwing for a lot less money than a General Aviation Cessna or Piper etc. With your gliding experience, it should be just a refresh for you, then a General Skills Test and a few easy multiple choice exams and away you go😁

    13. keep up the excellent work mikey. the people who threaten you show themselves as such fools in the comments."come near me and i will thump ya" …..they very very scared and true cowards

    14. Stupid to be on the phone with 6 points however you can get 6 points riding a personal e-scooter so he may not be the habitual phone user after all.

    15. Someone's life is worth more than 6 points. If he hasn't learnt anything already, someone's life is worth more than 12😢. It was his decision to drive dangerously not yours.

    16. Why do you have to "think about it" when you catch someone breaking the law. I was taught from a child that ignorance of the law is no excuse. They took my licence off me for no reason at all with no points on it, no convictions of any kind, not even a parking ticket a caring and careful driver that didn't "buzz" anyone and fully taxed and insured. Taking me off the road didn't lower any traffic statistics at all but they still did it.

    17. If I've got 6 points already you better believe I'm not doing anything to even sniff a ban. His extra lives were the 6 points now it's game over!

    18. What's with the weird allegation at 4:50 by the chap in the hat? He'd be happy forcing bike riders to wear helmets "for their protection" I guess, ignoring the elephant in the room which is distracted drivers.

    19. I have a friend who thinks Mikey is a "vindictive coward," mainly because he thinks Mikey wouldn't challenge people outside the safety of leafy suburban London. I wonder if Mikey would like to reply to that?
