    1. What a great video. Reminded me of following my sister on her first ride nearly 50 years ago. Fifty years makes a difference since sis had to kick start the bike and couldn't do so without putting the bike on the sidestand (vertically challenged.) I of course winced every time I saw her do so but there was no helping it so off she went. She rode that bike to college for 4 years without even dropping it which is more than I can say. Mrs. Flyer is a surprise cheerful addition and I look forward to seeing her progress on that beautiful green machine.

    2. These are a nice thing, I love the throwback candy green and pin stripes like the original Z650 four. Great choice for a first big bike. Looks great alongside the 900!

    3. Well I was pleasantly surprised with Carol's choice of new bike I love the colour as well, Now get some miles done run it in and get the first service out of the way enjoy your new bike.

    4. I like those compact handwarmers, I hate the big control panel on the older version. Buying brand new is a lovely feeling. But I would never do it again, you lose so much money in depreciation.

    5. The bike is evocative of the 1970s Z650, especially in that colour scheme. I could only see the red and the grey options on the frustrating Kawasaki UK website. I can understand why they've produced as a twin, but a four (like the 900) would be a little gem.
