My mum and I explored Sweden by bike for 8 days. My mum did a lot of bicycle touring in the 70s, and I’m just getting into it myself, so a small adventure was had. We brought our French press, sleeping bags, a cookset we never used, one good bike and one really bad bike. We saw trees and hills and rocks and a bit of rain but the thunder never came 🙂

    1. Your mom is a beautiful lady. I wish at now 80 I could do some adventure with one of my 3 daughters. You’re blessed to do this with your mom.

    2. I love all your videos! These with your mother are special to me. At 65, I have one daughter who is my best friend even though she lives quite a ways away. I couldn't believe your mom is 76 ?!? What an inspiration for us women who are growing older that you don't have to sit around in a rocking chair 🙂

    3. I never noticed before how much you look and sound like your mom!

I love the day before bike bag. You always surprise me with what you’re capable of.

Side note: Thank you for the Skillshare recommendation and trial code. I absolutely love it and got the annual subscription.

    7. Love this, I am 78 and just this spring bought two e-bikes for myself, one lightweight and one longer range…….. I am thinking this video is saying perhaps you and your mom and maybe dad will ride to the North Cape again???
I live too far away to go there, I’m in Colorado in the U.S. but that would be great to see!!!!
Oh, when younger I road a regular bike for thousands of miles also……. Always loved just being on the seat of a bike!
