1:22 I really love how Dutch authorities never get tired of wasting money to favor Darwin award winners. Next they come up with some legislation that you are not responsible if you decide to cycle drunk as a sailor, running red lights on the wrong side of the road and you cause an accident. Oh, wait…..:)
