I got a pair of bibs with thigh pockets a couple years ago and after the first ride decided I needed to slowly swap out all my bibs for ones with the pockets. They are amazingly useful and much easier to access my phone and other things I grab frequently. Idk when, but the black bibs started making "adventure shorts" with the thigh pockets. I've had several pairs of their bibs and while they are not the absolute best (lookin at you ASSOS), they are very solid for the money IMO. I was so stoked to recently find out that the black bibs now makes bibs with pockets. 3 rides in them so far and they're great, and an affordable $80. Sorry for lookin ridiculous but this was post ride and I was stoked to share.

Heavy Pedal also does cargo bibs that are fairly cheap when they have one of their 40% off sales that happen fairly regularly.
I used to always get cargo bibs from cadence collection but it seems they’re now fairly defunct.
