The Pier to Pier Way is a brand new walking and cycling path linking Clevedon and Weston piers and there is also the opportunity to view a third pier (Birnbeck) along the way.

The countryside is stunning and I hope that I have managed to capture just how gorgeous it is in this little video.

I will show you a very nice tea room mid way too.

Well, this video ticks all the right boxes……

      Excellent!

Sorry your receiver ended up in the River Yeo though….but it didn't spoilt the rest of the video.

Lovely sweet peas bunches by the road side.

Good to know that there is an informative board about the Weston, Clevdon and Portishead Railway and that this new trail follows part of the route.

That foal was just so cute!

      Great video Louise. Thank you.

    2. The Owl in the Oak looks like a fabulous spot to stop for refreshments. Such a beautiful area – I enjoyed seeing your walk and the cows and that cute foal.
Sorry to hear about your receiver taking a dip in the river but the sound was still fine. Great walk, Louise!

    3. Louise I am extremely disappointed with you today, there was no comedy classic moments much to professional that’s got to stop😂😂😂also it’s so much better when you get tired and the routes a killer with lots of hills, that’s when you get all discombobulated and the laughs begin😂😂😂I am so cruel, I do apologise😂in all seriousness 13 miles for our pleasure well done and I hoped you enjoyed Majorca👍

    4. Great walk Louise. It looked amazing. We're looking at putting it on as a Meetup walk. I have done the walk from Kewstoke to Weston and you definitely made the right decision to walk though the woods. Kewstoke toll Road is very busy and not great for walking.

    5. Lovely video, Louise. 13 miles? No chance of me walking more than around 6. But then you are very fit, with long legs. Quite the reverse of me. What type of footwear do you walk in? They must be comfortable. Bit of bad luck dropping your Mike receiver into the water. If you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have noticed.
