    1. #6 both at fault, car not indicating and cyclist trying to undertake at a junction. If the bike is going faster than a car chances are the car is slowing down to turn. Both idiots

    2. Who is at fault? I would say 50/50.
Cyclist must have seen the car starting to turn, so could have waited , or overtaken on the right-hand side.
Car-driver should have seen the Cyclist was there when he overtook him before turning across his path.
Neither of them covered themselves in glory here.

    3. #2 The cammer is as much of an idiot as the other HGV driver. Even after the stupid move of the other driver, you put yourself in a ridiculous position and try to keep going up the inside. Pathetic, both of you are so-called professional drivers. Hold back ffs …… don't be such a clown 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

    4. Clip 1 – you as a. Professional driver, should be able to see the amount of traffic from behind on lane 2, after seeing the car is slowing on entry, you should've slowed also instead of bullying them with the constant horn for as long as you did. You have brakes too you know.

    5. #2 another driver with speed rage on their minds. Desperate to get back infront after another person drives badly, doesn't give you the right to also drive like a tool.

    6. As much as I hate cyclists thanks to Cycling Mikey and Jeremy Vine, car is at fault there for the simple reason that it had to get past the cyclist to make that turn so it must have known he was incoming. Just hold back behind him, cyclist looks like he was zipping along, it would have cost a second.

    7. A few dangerous taxi driver incidents on this compilation. Worth reporting to the Licensing Authority (usually local council, will be on their vehicle plate) . The LA will usually take appropriate action e.g suspension of taxi licence. Would you want a family member travelling in their taxi?

    8. #6 both parties could have done much better. The cyclist was following very close to the Nissan and probably could have anticipated the left turn manoeuvre from the car (although this may have looked much different from the cyclist's perspective).

The car driver however indicated far too late, likely only out of habit, rather than in consideration of other road users and clearly didn't do their observations effectively. Also, the size of the vehicle relative to the cyclist means they have much more responsibility to look after more vulnerable road users to prevent incidents like this.

I wonder if this was a blind spot issue as well, modern SUV's have huge blind spots to the point of being borderline dangerous, as well as the size of the vehicle.

I hope the cyclist is ok, left hooks can be nasty and I hope the driver isn't too shaken up.

    9. Any cyclist wearing silly sportswear and racing along public highways deserve all they get, public roads are not included in their Gym membership. At 3:15 you comment on the exhaust belching van as not having had an MOT since (whenever).. how did you discover that ?

    10. That taxi driver at the end needs to be told he needs to do another job involving something he actually can do because its not driving.

    11. Car and cyclist, the car driver had passed the cyclist so he knew he was there but then chose to cut in front of the cyclist at the last minute. The car driver looked as though he was going straight on. I would have to have passed a comment passing baldy sat at the lights getting nowhere.

    12. #6 the car driver is 100% at fault. Slow down playback to 0.25. The cyclist had been overtaken.

02:30 (start of second) car enters frame , nearside wheels on left of line as it is cutting back in after passing cyclist.
02:30 (end of second) car fully in frame, cyclist appears, car now clearly angling back to left, not much clearance in front of cyclist.
02:31 car cuts into path of cyclist and brakes then indicates.
02:32 cyclist is trying to go left to avoid a collision but gets hit.

    13. #6 i would of said the driver was at fault
…i can bet that car driver had just overtaken
the cyclist to do an immediate left rather
than just wait a few seconds… you can tell
from the road positioning that an overtake
had just taken place. You see motorists
doing this to cyclists all the time!!! wanting
to turn left but no patience to wait. have to
get in front of the cyclist first!!! hats off to
the lady & worker rushing to help out 😉👍

    14. Number 6; Mirror, signal maneuver, that's what everyone is taught and whatever everyone knows. The black car slammed it's brakes on – a maneuver – started to turn – another maneuver – THEN signaled, no doubt not looking in the mirror at any point. Whilst many will presume the cyclist was trying to cheekily undertake, you can see that they were going to the same speed as the traffic flow and had to make an emergency maneuver of their own once the black car had rammed it's brakes on. OF COURSE the cyclist is going to go left in this situation, because you're not going to go to the right side, into oncoming traffic.

    15. #6 In my " country " we need to call those spandex a- hole a " weak road user " yeh right , just a bunch bellends that think that the law in not for them and can fly with them little wannabe bikes of 3000 £ 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

    16. 2:31 BOTH Driver FAILED to indicate their intention to turn, no indicator on and cyclist should not over take on the inside lane cannot be seen wearing dark clothing, no day time running lights hope he/she learnt a lesson

    17. “No it was green” is actually MAMIL for “I can’t balance in these clips for five seconds so I blast through ambers and reds and pray I don’t hit anything, then kid on that the light was green”.

    18. Driving standards in Britain falling rapidly, each and every trip out now some muppet getting stupid on our roads, with absolutely no regards to safety of others OR themselves. We all drive comfortable vehicles but seem to have no idea whatsoever of the consequences of getting too comfortable and doing wrong moves.
People only learn when they are involved in an accident, and sometimes not even then!

    19. Motorist at fault: don't overtake a cyclist immediately before a junction, when turning left. Hold the overtake & allow the cyclist to get ahead; signal to overtake parked vehicles (if necessary) & then to turn left.

    20. I'm inclined to think the minibus has been bought by someone else who's just moving it after standing a few years, they still should have it towed but I can't see a minibus driving around for 4 years without tax and mot, I may be wrong but it's a reasonable theory as I've done it myself on many occasions.

    21. At 2:31, the car was indicating to turn left he could not see that the cyclist was going to undertake him because he was behind the car, the cyclist ignored the cars indicator, this was definitely the cyclists fault.

    22. #6 I'd like to know where the cyclist was overtaken by the Nissan.
If the cyclist is filtering through traffic on the left side then that's a little dodgy. Nissan needs to check mirrors before turning regardless, but that's but we don't pedal like mad through traffic
If the Nissan overtook the cyclist while going around the parked cam car only to then immediately brake and turn through the cyclist, they shouldn't be driving anything bigger than a mobility scooter

    23. I answered the question of 'who was at fault'. Thank you for sharing your opinion as to 'how much' at fault each party was. If you had to put numbers on it, what would they be? 70-30 for me.

    24. #14 – I love that you clearly opened your window (we can all hear it on the sound) and then say "swerves" like you didn't flip them off…
