    1. I love these rankings. About this one in particular I 99% agree. I was positively surprised to find Shkodër, Cádiz and Ljubljana here. I would have loved to find Ajaccio, Lecce or my beloved Bari on this list too. Thanks!

      Why not name the cities in you listing?
      You ention the USD ($) as the basic currency, when the €uro (€) is the main currency used in most cities mentioned !
      You did not mention the Greek cities of Arta, Ioanina, Kalamata, Patra, Thesaloniki, Volos, Iraklion, Rethimno, Nafplion and gios Nikolaos.
