What does a #cyclist know about driving & using the roads? When it comes to #cycling safety I value mine whether I’m in my car, on the bike or a pedestrian. Most of my experiences are positive & I’m thankful for careful drivers, to which I always respond politely. Here’s a positive example of great driving and safe cycling.

    1. Sharing the road is doable when speeds are low and the amount of traffic is low. If not, different modes of transport are getting in eachother's way, and a bikelane/path would be better suited.

    2. Nice waving at nice drivers aye, shame it's not everyone. I'm sure you're well able to keep up with city traffic on a bike like that, so bike lanes are nice but hardly required. In fact people complain about me going too fast on my gravel bike around the bike paths here in Scotland!
