Meet Philip Mainge, an ex boxer based out in Lanet in Nakuru. Philip is an avid cycling machine and the 76-year old can ride a bike for longer distances than a 22-year old fellow. We bet.
His friends led by UK based Pravin Shah gifted Philip a road bike to ride off his hobby.
We meet him at his home in Lanet and he takes us back in time to his professional boxing career to his lifestyle today.
