    1. For me "coming to terms" with the fact that small niggles and injuries come and go was the biggest mindset change.
32yo and got a 1,5yo so recovery goes brrr sleep wise. Just accepting that I'll never be "optimal" helped alot. 2y into running and have ran 2 marathons, latest being a 25min PR with 3h49m58s. Now getting back into strength work and aiming for a sub 20 5k before base building through winter and trying an ultra next year. Thx for all the inspiration!

    2. Hi Fergus, as a Vivo enjoyer, can you recommend any bicycle shoes for wide feet? Been trying to get some more miles in, but even the "wide" Shimano's are killing me after a one or two hours. Cheers!

    3. I just done mri on my knee after 2 months of Nigle and I’ve got some issues with meniscus and baker cyst so atm I’m looking to start with bpc 157 🤔

    4. don't know if you've done this, but I've always considered you the minimalist hybrid athlete guy, and a lot of what you do works for me too. I was wondering why you started using things like saucony's again? part of me is interested what it's like going back to none foot shaped minimalist shoes, but also part of me really wants some endorphin speed 4's haha.

    5. Another good video and I have to admit I would rather work around an injury. Can you please pass my last question onto JP and hopefully he can answer it on the omnia podcast.

    6. Needed this today mate, got a pain in my Achilles and I’ve panicked and stopped training, getting to me now, but this has helped, cheers mate

    7. At 4:07 is that the way to do the reverse lunges? I have been doing them step backwards, lunge, step forward kind of way. Currently at the half marathon + strength program

    8. Re your hip, have you thought about seeing an SEM consultant? Next time you're in the south east I can recommend Dr James Noake. He's a hip/groin specialist with a heavy sports background.

    9. Just discovered your channel – ace! I was in a training camp where we used that track – d'Atletisme de Calvià – they’d just laid the Mondotrack when we were there – if memory serves, it has a surfaced hill sprints area too..? Amazing place to train, would love to come back out there some time, so I’m a tentative ‘yes’ to your suggestion… I mean, it’s Mallorca – scalextric for cyclists..!! Great channel.

    10. Really loved this video talking about injury. Currently injured myself with runner’s knee, so haven’t been able to run for 3 weeks. Watching this while on the bike instead 😊

    11. Really helpful as really struggling mentally with my first injury and not being able to run… Currently marathon training with Achilles tendinitis and trying to stay positive and actually enjoying getting into the bike whilst I’m struggling to run… maybe the positive is it could be the push I need to finally try a triathlon?!

    13. would love a training camp there!!! though possibly not in actual summer judging by heat over there 😉 and I'm a soft Northerner so anything in double figures slows me hehe
