Who knew cycling around London could be so much fun! I noticed that the best time to cycle around London is on a Sunday as there is less traffic. In this episode, my friends and I went to some spots I already knew and discovered some new ones.

hey pose pose pose pose good morning everyone welcome back um it is a Sunday today and it is such a beautiful day so for today’s video I’m going to cycle around London and show you why London is such a nice place of cycle around but only on the Sunday morning when everything’s closed basically cuz there’s no one around but yeah London is a beautiful city um but yeah first I’m going to pick up my friend first Nana who hasn’t cycled in a very long time maybe about a year or two years so I’m going to pick her up she’s a bit scared to sort of uh go on clipless again cuz it’s been a long time for her but yeah going to pick her up and then meet the other guys at regions park I’m going to ccle around take some content for you guys cuz yeah I am finally seeing the sun which I have not seen in weeks but yeah it’s finally here now guys hopefully summer’s coming you know what it’s 7:00 in the morning not it’s not even 700 in the morning it’s around 6:30 um and it actually feels nice uh to feel the heat this early in the morning I’ve been wearing like jackets early morning but it’s been cold here oh thank God Summer’s sort of here I hope it stays though [Music] see usually this road will be full of traffic but because it’s a Sunday morning it’s empty love it [Music] so I’ve been texting my friend and I’m a bit worried that she’s still asleep hopefully she’s not cuz she hasn’t replied back at all yeah I have a feeling that she’s still asleep Oh Nana so yeah I’m not going to wait for I’m going to I told her to come next time um cuz I think she’s still asleep so I’m going to head to Region’s park [Music] now the roads are just so empty love it okay so reg Region’s park now there’s a lot of people cycling which is quite nice to see yeah here She is again guys what a beauty but yeah Romeo’s coming he just messaged me he’s running late so he’s buying me coffee look who arrives 20 minutes late 10K Marathon 10K oh yeah is that what it is there were barricades there right that’s Kevin yeah here by the way how are you oh yeah there’s a 10K cuz yeah it was closed now I know why so we got to avoid that reasonable excuse yeah yeah yeah yeah no excuses bro no excuses yeah but so my friend overslept two of my friends that are supposed to come overslept and then Jasper’s not here so just the three of us yeah just the three of us yeah yeah it’s good so Romeo where where we doing the shots today where the city is bit congested already it’s usually Sunday no it’s quite quiet oh cuz of the marathon okay I guess go around see where we’re going right yeah to a nice coffee shop fortitude yeah why not fortitude yeah cool let’s go fortitude so Romeo is a cameraman today photographer he’s got he’s going to practice taking a shots of us while cycling let me go all right let’s get some shots here yeah it’s quiet around here quiet around here it’s nice around here where do you want to go um I’m just going to have you guys cycling around you don’t mind cycling up and down there up and down or just lapping yeah it’s a be all right so first just right up there yeah we’ll come up just come up and just like look left and right don’t look at the camera yeah of of course this guy’s done it before you knows already there some detail yeah go for it photographer right here so look forward to the photos look forward to it it’s going to be good oh before go fortitude we’re going to do some laps oh bro I need to show you that there’s something calling C Garden that you need to see you’ll see we’ll go com gard and I’ll show you they need to see this but yeah few laps of uh could be it could be uh a few laps first just to burn some calories and then want to get [Music] breakfast oh nah nah that q no that c is insane let’s go somewhere else Bunch from home c garden yeah all right yeah I can’t believe how busy um 4 Cafe now bake houses now it never used to be like that um just when it’s so a lot of influencers just sort of started promoting it so a lot of people go now it’s like 9:00 a.m. and it was a massive queue so I’m not going to go there Romeo in action need a small camera yeah that’s huge man it’s the [Music] lenses so we’re near coven Garden I’m going to show them my billboard first look at that who’s that there’s a there’s a billboard over you there look who’s that you haven’t seen it yet bro I’m just showing it to you look is right let’s go let’s go buns from home guys taking more [Music] photos Mr Photographer cuz we found this nice wall here before we go to the calf it’s quite nice this wol is actually insane quite nice yeah so we found this place called aromi aromi I don’t know probably pronouncing it wrong but yeah it’s right next to that wall so we thought we’d try it out then Bunch from home cuz I do find Bunch from home a bit sweet so got a oak latte and a chocolate something don’t remember this this this might be our new place to go to Bro might be the new place we go to so let’s see what I got can’t remember what I got it was a uh this forgot what it’s called but it looks good J save me from this guy please this is what I got hating bro you’re hating yeah I prefer this one you know this this this pastry is nice cuz it’s not sweet bit um this one’s buty is nice fluffy M it’s good so I’ll give it a five out of five how’s your one good as well amazing it’s actually really good display I should have got the pan chocol that’s that’s it pan chocol that’s what I got it’s not like it’s not it’s good is huge yeah that’s nice yeah this is good man the pastry is good it’s not too sweet which how I like I I prefer it when it’s not too sweet so yeah it’s good very very good very very good definitely [Music] recommend y [Music] yeah so bro this is the graffiti tunnel it’s nice right and yeah just so I can so this is a new part of the graffiti tunnel that I’ve never seen before this is cool so cool in there isn’t it like the ceiling is like the most impressive bit it’s like how the heck did they do that it’s cool ah Romeo so we’ve got the the vlogger the photographer the models the models this is such an so we took photos of us in the middle such a nice Arch this this never used to be open this bit this this bit this bit is new isn’t it so cuz I’ve never seen it before so it’s nice it is busy today what is happening here man they knew I was coming bro they knew the avocado was coming Jesus look Jesus there’s a lot yeah H Fox got this weird random piece of vegetable fruit in the middle so look it’s so Random isn’t it so waiting later Romeo huh what are you going to do after I going to take a nap it’s going well before you take a nap he’s going to send me all the photos first he needs to send me all the photos first and then I can do and then thing but yeah bro next week next week yeah oh Kevin’s in trouble now someone’s calling him the m is calling him sign to go home to go home before it rains man before it rains it looks like it’s going to rain isn’t it yeah yeah guys finally back home I am tired um there’s my bike and there’s the old bike the obeer so she’s just chilling at home doing nothing yeah but yeah that is it for today guys um this week I am going to go to the B HQ uh to get my bike fit and have a tour of the office so if you have any questions that you want to ask the team uh let me know uh they have a big Warehouse apparently with all their bike
