Today we have some gravel action featured at the 2024 Tour de France, ride the same routes as the Pros. Join Team GRC every Sunday for some of the best racing action anywhere. We select all the routes that fit our criteria, short and intense, come join us and possibly set a new FTP!!!!!

hey Riders Sunday morning you know what that means it’s time for a team GRC Sunday short race today is July 14th it’s currently 11 minutes after 8 in Alberta Canada uh this is Colin from inside cycling World um this the channel you’re watching where we do everything Ruby here Ruby commentary Ruby Adventures Ruby training tips tutorials things like that uh do all the usual stuff to support the channel if you can um I’ve got a bit more time on my hands right now and I’m going to see if I can kick it up a notch I’ve been working this week on uh various things trying to get the right kind of streaming software that I need I’ve been playing around with a laptop an older PC which will work got a camera um don’t know if I need the camera then I found that my wife’s computer can probably do it all so I just have hav got the video fully set up but that’s coming real soon I want to do this so that everyone can see me maybe they can see me working out uh I used to again used to do that on Twitch in the past I I would have full video streaming but my internet was so poor at the time that uh you know the audio commentary wasn’t very good and basically I was just working out really hard and people were dropping messages into the comments and I was trying to respond but it was so choppy coming back now that we got the starlink things should be pretty cool um you know I’ve got plenty of upload speed now and that’s the critical part hey so anyways here we are uh we’re going to be doing one of the France easy Viva LEF France uh easy challenges we’ve got TW just under 22 km of riding to here 21.9 uh 180 M of climbing so that’s about 13 mil and maybe 500 ft of climbing just approximating here uh here’s the crew let’s just jump into a quick map mode here you can see floating around in the background here what you can do is turn the Riders off you kind of see we’re in big Farmland area all little farm Fields cut out uh these little Farms are probably a lot smaller than what I’m used to dealing with over here where these are just little tiny Fields really just a totally different world let’s get back to the camera mode here uh and let’s see who we got lined up today so we’re just over a minute away uh so I think in the uh the easy challenge there was four routes to do and uh I’ve already banged them all out so I got that one done I think I started working on the medium one and then I went back to doing the uh I think it’s called Credo kredo I’m not even sure what that is uh obviously it’s a brand of some sorts maybe it’s a a name of something but they’re all like I think Triathlon wres because it’s called Credo try I think there’s five events in that one so I’ve been doing that one too last couple days been kind of crazy around here doing things uh we’ve had some more donkey drama uh donkeys are contained don’t worry folks I know that’s a big issue for everyone uh I’ve been just basically building some new pastures and Corrals for them and so now all the animals live together so now we have uh well the three goats and the Three Pigs and the one donkey uh Louie the nice donkey they all live together now uh but it’s not permanently it’s not super secure for the pigs so I’m working on that before I can expand to the anywh anyways that’s Farm talk let’s get ready for some race Talk inside cycling world you got calling here let’s go 3 2 1 G boom here we go a little bit of lag here at the beginning as everyone starts out there’s so many riders here at this point I’m seeing very familiar names already okay here we go folks here we go let’s take a little quick look at map mode already had it loaded look at the field stretch out I see someone sitting in the stue right now and I noticed at the very beginning here that SR71 John Shady was not moving at all just when we took off uh he might had a disconnect right at the very beginning let’s take a look yep see SR71 this is John here hey here’s scrio haven’t seen scri in a while good to see them uh let’s bounce to the front and see uh the hitters group let’s check out the hitters today so we got gtz3 3000 we got my buddy shanik here uh we’ve got spin Jedi here this Paul uh spin Jedi Jer Kip super strong Rider so last week we had Jer Kip I believe Mark J and shanik battling for the top three on the podium uh I believe shanik knows Mark J and jerp quite well uh let’s just uh who do we want to hover on let’s uh let’s go on jerp I like saying that name not sure where he’s from level 78 Rider then we got shanik who is oo level 80 Rider I got to start riding more okay mortino I’ve seen this name before um can’t remember when uh V monu seen this name before as well it’s so awesome seeing super quality hard-hitting hitters come back to race now here we got a new Rider here level 58 ghost pink Rider here let’s check this Rider out here yeah looks pretty decent looks pretty decent you know folks I’m always looking at the numbers right mirror boy I’ve seen mirror boy before EES Court I I’m not really sure what his name is I’m just going to call him ease for now I know that’s a weird pronunciation of o i s but that’s what I’m saying with got bashak here as well I got to represent the team okay bash’s bouncer on here here’s bash looks like he’s in the group second group with Yaya REI EES and they are also with bike and dog trip I think a few days ago hey that’s what it was uh shout out to bike and dogs trips um I don’t know this person at all but they come to a lot of our events um I saw him posting videos on YouTube as well so he’s posting his like his View of the race uh on YouTube so support him if you can uh we got Peter here as well Peter OT trouba uh we got uh I always call this right here biker AP if I can get on them biker AP uh enand D 86 Thomas Lynn ah here’s Anthony three watts per kilo here alongside Brian bjm 151 Then followed up with David 1951 uh we’ve got hillbilly here Clyde 235 is with rocket 72 oh here’s a new name cista Carlo who is cista Carlo I don’t know that name at all and uh David KN so there’s a group of four here it looks like bouncing backward to purple Bengal Riding Solo at this point then we got Rama Ruby analyzer app put that in uh whatever your search engine is and you will find Rama’s Masterpiece creation here use that uh I don’t use it every day I don’t use it every ride but sometimes it really helps uh when you start collecting coins uh you’re really going to notice uh how different the bikes are on here eat more cake is back wall is back this I haven’t seen this rider for a little bit G sein is here in the house I think I saw G sein through the week I think it was G sein through the week I just jumped into a random ride and I got to ride with Kristen uh I uh Gem City ICC team who rides with GRC a lot and we did one of the Pacific Coast Highway rides and I think G SE was in that ride just ahead of us I believe so uh memo Isa new name for me Andy Lloyd always here so Andy Lloyd oh is with Dez look at these two two legends here 85 and 80 level and eat more cake up the road is a level 82 great job guys arjin M new Rider here uh level 19 Rider riding Ruby bike so you can tell they’re new they haven’t got any big money yet to buy a new bike F kenck I want to say I’ve seen this name but I’m not sure been around Ruby a very long time uh we’ve got Ray Raymond let’s just say Raymond Rondo something like that South Laker Frank now we’ve seen South Laker Frank before riding with uh Rosa Duke R wider body coming up mon talk I’ve seen uh I was going to say I’ve seen monok before but being a level five I might have just been making stuff up there all I can think of when I see is monok is the mon talk Monster look it up do some YouTube get down the rabbit hole it’s interesting uh jerus maybe Spanish Rider here chasing after Monto and then we’ve got baboon bubu one uh French Rider scrio wonder what happened to scrio here so it looks like they did get a little ways into the race and then disconnected Jon’s disconnected in the shoots he’s probably a little bit ticked off about that and then we got Pocket Rocket 5 so in all we now have 42 Riders on Route boom what a turnout for a Sunday that’s how we do over on the team GRC Sunday short races SSRS whatever you want to call them now let’s get back to the front where the hitters are shaik jerp Paul spinetta uh got this ghost pink R here let’s have a little quick look at ghost pink uh looks like they’ve been around Ruby quite a while four watts per kilo there 5 watts per kilo maybe 65 kilogram Rider what do we think folks I think something like that it’s hard the number now they’re coasting so it’s hard to tell going to start going up a little bit of a bump here these bumps are critical take a look at the profile on the bottom of the screen you can see one bump here a second bump here actually there’s quite a few bumps here you wouldn’t think that these climbs I’m air quoting right now like in front of my face this is why we need a camera this is why we need a camera um I’m air quing these climbs these little tiny bumps is what shreds the race apart people will be shelled out the back end uh all these Riders here are all capable of probably hanging with each other but these little bumps that’s where the attrition starts to kick in people will just accelerate up every little bump like we got one going off over here right now uh and people are learning too like look at this shic he’s pushing six watts per kilo everyone’s going to have to react and do the same thing you can see it going down seven out of Eddie DN 71 we saw Eddie last week mortino is pushing was pushing over 5 Watts a kilo ghost pink pushing close to Six I guess these little climbs are just little bridges over little Rivers little Creeks streams whatever they are so we currently have seven riders in the front you know it’s crazy as last week I think we had 16 maybe it was 18 for quite a while so there’s been a different uh sorting out of the groups here so we got eight in the front group yeah so ghost Pink new Rider to me I like to look at all the New Riders see what’s going on here make sure everyone’s playing fair and square at these events that’s why we only use Smart trainers I know some people don’t like that and and personally I’ve never had a comment yet but I’ve seen comments on uh Facebook what why don’t you allow people to don’t a smart chers cuz we want it to be fair and square that’s all let’s make it as it’s never going to be perfect okay look at this someone’s attacking right now I think that was Paul who just went oh shanik shanik was pushing at the front and Paul was reacting to it Jer Kip’s right there as well uh I can easily see shanik jerp and Paul going to that final Sprint together uh the other Riders I don’t know as well like ghost pink I don’t know at all Eddie I know a little bit but I can’t really remember the performance from last week so just let’s just throw it out there let’s do a weekly prediction top three for this week here’s the secret folks here’s a quick tip it will be a uh something jerp shik and spin Jedi that’s my prediction for the week let’s see how this pans out again here’s another one of those little climbs this is the attrition that’ll kick in look at the attacks going off here Jedi pushing at six Watts a kilo let’s just wear each other out this is just punishing you take a look at the profile and you think oh a nice leisurely Sunday ride it’s flat no big deal not when you ride like this folks this is riding right here uh we’re going to back up a little bit to the next group we got gtcr 3000 who looks like they’re taking off a little bit from mirab boy bike and dog trips uh bash shock’s there as well let’s uh go to map I just want to see this here’s our leading group so you can see here the green bubble at the top of the screen here that’s our leading Group of Seven then we bounce back we got Yaya REI mirab boy bashak Peter OT trouba that’s Peter right there bike and dogs trips uh gtz 3000 is there biker AP is chasing hard after them biker AP had a really good race uh a while and we’re going to bounce back another 500 MERS we’re going to find an uh enan d86 pretty sure this Rider has been with us before Anthony is always here Anthony was just traveling I think Anthony’s done a lot of traveling recently I think he was out at the Calgary Stampede where he got himself a really nice looking cowboy hat uh just fitting in with the crowds uh I’ve been in Alberta uh I’ve lived in Alberta now since 1979 I’ve never owned a cowboy at Anthony just saying just saying uh just putting that out there for everyone uh I do want to keep a ride of biker AP so and I just call this Rider biker AP bkr I don’t want to say it’s B crap but that’s what it looks like to me right now uh a couple of rides ago biker AP like got dropped came back got dropped again then put in a huge effort to catch the group and for some reason I’m thinking this might have been a mucker event that he did this on yeah I think it was a mucker Thursday race maybe a Tuesday um and uh yeah he just got back on to the group when uh they were going into the final Sprint so out of I think there was nine Riders there and uh he would have been the 10th dumped like 8 n watts per kilo chasing back on pulled back like 60 or 70 M it was probably because he was jamming 8 n Watts a kilo and the front was probably getting ready for the final Sprint tightening their shoes all that kind of good stuff and they were probably hovering around three watts per kilo closed the Gap they kicked off their Sprint and fell off the back again but uh yeah some really good riding so uh biker AP is currently sitting in 15th with uh Brian chasing Thomas Lynn inandi Anthony kekua um I believe it’s Kupa um our Finnish friend here who does a lot of off-road driving I think I saw something that this was that Koba this morning I think it was first thing this morning let’s get right back to the front spin Jedi taking a little bit of a an easy pull on the front here trying oh no now kicking in are we going yeah we’re just uh little bumps little bumps a little Bridge here that was just a very small one though let’s see do we have the full group we still have the full group we’re going to hang with Eddie for a little bit here okay so what else can we talk about so we talked about um the camera’s coming uh so I’m probably going to do some camera recorded audio events commentary like this I’ll probably do some trial you know have the camera looking at me 3/4s you can watch me suffer really bad um make fun of me later it’s all welcome and then I think what I’ll do once I feel really good about it um I’m going to do some like live live live live live audio commentary of mucker races and um that’s probably the first one I’ll do it’s the next race coming up hey so sorry timeout timeout now if you had the camera you could see I’m doing the actual timeout symbol that you see in sports making the tea with your hands two hands uh I just want to say there’s two not one but two team GRC events tomorrow July 15th Monday events is the two of the shorter routes I believe uh from the Summer Breeze is it the Summer Breeze we’re doing I think it’s bam Alberta Canada hey just down the road for me and and I think the other one I got to think it’s in Oman maybe I believe so anyways uh search for them look under events look for schedule events for tomorrow jump into the GRC events you’re going to love them uh heavily populated our numbers are holding strong through the summer we’ve got a hardcore base here and we keep getting better and better Riders showing up every week um okay so our friends at the front here there is some climbing coming up here I can see some attacks coming right before the halfway point you can see the split right in the middle of the little black dot we got shik up here we got Eddie spin Jedi so we’ve still got our seven everyone’s hanging in there let’s bounce to see friends at the back here we got Monto we got jeras jeras I got to think it’s Jass or something like that and we’ve got our three that didn’t make it disconnects problems like that emergencies uh someone let something cooking too long and it’s overflowing on on the stove right now uh we got arjin here new rider arjin sounds like a Dutch name to me um I knew an Argin growing up South Laker Frank baboon Rosa F kenic Dez Dyer is Dez Dez and Andy are still together look at these two Dez in the GRC Jersey yes Dez great job Dez looks like yeah Dez is on the Mone Andy I’m going to guess he’s on the cell Maybe the Propel I think okay here we are folks this is the first one of the day we have been here currently for 15 minutes racing first time I’ve seen this Rider uh z a x which’re just X for now Dr X here uh level 21 Rider new to newish to Ruby know I like to go through this all the time riding with eat more cake Rama and wall we just bounced up there quickly uh we just zipped over purple Bengals so Bengals Riding Solo today uh probably fell out of the back of this front groups pushing huge Watts on the flats uh and this is a good example of it here folks I just want to point something out like look at Bengals performance here I’ve got on watts per kilo here she’s pushing close to four watts per kilo and a really really really good cyclist um but there’s different types of cyclists purple Bengal you do not want to ride with her on a climb if you’re trying to get away from her very strong climber but she’s Ultra lightweight so you can see here at three watts per kilo if she bounces back up come on bengle there you go about 3 watts per kilo she’s only pushing 180 Watts that tells me she’s a 60 kgam Rider at most not even that so her 3 watts per kilo on the flats let’s just say it’s 180 Watts she’s under 60 kilos uh my three Watts on the Kil well use me as an example is over 270 275 something like that on the flats the bigger absolute number I’m not talking watts per kilo absolute power number 275 versus 180 is going to pull away all the time so this route will favor the stronger Riders who push the bigger numbers absolute numbers I hope that makes sense to everyone I mean I’m sure everyone here knows that but here’s Clyde 235 chasing after CA Carlo again I don’t know who this is new Rider uh who’s chasing Anthony Anthony in turn is chasing anandi Thomas Lynn great to see Thomas here GRC Jersey yeah you rock it you rock it Thomas uh Brian’s here okay let’s jump up to biker biker Riding Solo chasing after the group ahead pursuing Yaya REI mirab boy Peter uh bike dog trip maybe let’s just call them dog trips yeah maybe it’s going to be dog trips uh the rider know his EES let’s get right back to the front here let’s see have we had any damage done have I missed anything no thankfully the seven stayed together cuz generally when I pull away like that uh I miss something here we’re going up another little bump these little one and two percenters they make a difference in these events just watch the Power Bars you’re going to see them spiking to the red as people are kind of getting up to their Max like look at Eddie here going so that’s what I’m talking about here folks you can see the little red bar that’s kind of like like maybe like the Rev gauge let’s call it that it’s not their speed that’s how hard they’re revving really hard it’s more of yeah it’s their power output I’m just trying to make an an analogy there that didn’t turn out too well uh back to the front again shik shanik is here vontu jerk Kip spin Jedi see that little bump there kind of split the field apart just a tiny look at this folks here we go here we go 20 M Gap ghost pink has to react immediately medely like right now or it’s over look how quickly they’re pulling away now that little bump just kind of put a bit of damage into uh ghost Pink’s legs and that’s it I think uh and and so hard to pull that back now they’re at 70 M ahead they’re on the downhill they’re gone let’s keep an eye on ghost pink here ghost pink fingers crossed I hope you get back on it’s going to be a huge effort now uh there’s a group of one two three four five six looks like six seven Riders pursuing ghost pink now so now ghost pink close enough to the end if I was so if I was doing this ride if this was just a Callum solo ride by myself and uh you know I was riding with a few others just like happened to ghost pain and I got shelled out the back and I saw some Riders chasing from behind I would just go into like okay it’s time trial mode my mission today is just to stay away from those chasing after me uh which ghost pink can do but it looks like they’re just in total Cruise mode now like just watching their power numbers now and I’m not saying three watch and uh kilo is cruising but before ghost pink was putting out a lot more power than this so they’ve eased off now uh and going into a more cruisy mode Riders behind are roughly 400 meters back so that’s going to be kind of fun to watch that’s a good story line there let’s see how that unfolds back to the front Okay so we’re going to have a little bit of a descent here so now we have six at the front little bit of descent we got more bumps another descent and then there’s kind of more of like a long false flatty drag to almost uh probably a kilometer and a half to the finish this is going to get tense folks very tense going to have a little sip of the coffee here a little rough around the edges today folks uh I had a visitor last night his name Captain Morgan he came into town uh struggled to wake up this morning a little bit I think I got up after 5:00 this morning but well before six yep pushing on they they push on every little bump here just take a look at this shik 8 watts per kilo morono 9 Watts a kilo spin Jedi 7 v monteu 7 oh and Eddie has been shelled out the back two folks so Eddie would have blown up maybe on the last bump before this I didn’t even see it go off uh Eddie’s riding strong trying to pull it back together here but they they are gone folks they probably uh so if you look on the profile at the bottom here this group here I think there was a bump right before here they got over the top and got on this descent before Eddie did and just accelerated away look at bash shock he’s trying to do the same thing here actually know he’s just cruising to the front uh let’s see what’s going to happen here EES the one we call EES look at mirror boy on the front too everyone needs to attack these bumps attack the bumps that’s how you’re going to get rid of your competition back to the front so we got a bit of descent here oh and shanik is gone shanik must have attacked like crazy over the top I apologize for missing that all of Poland hates me now uh a shaik shaik attacks away uh and I mean shaik was right there with the other five Riders so so if you take a look at the profile on the bottom shanik attacked hard up that grade probably put a tiny Gap into them and then just accelerated on this downhill here now he’s away by himself on these gravel roads in France start climbing so I imagine that this one here uh and I know there’s a lot of routes put on Ruby um that were all dedicated to like the CH of France this must have been one of the gravel road sections uh what was that I can’t remember where that was that last Sunday stage so like a week ago there was the big gravel section stage this must be one of them right here and that’s what you’re going to find a ruby uh the other platforms don’t have it they don’t have a lot of the race routes they might have some of the climbs but not tons of the climbs like rovy has I think right now there’s I believe it’s like 14 or500 augmented reality road so it’s going to look like this where you’ll see the Riders on screen let’s bounce back to our second group here so we got four here together they need to work together now to try to bring shanik back shanik is now starting the climb this long drag uh false flatty 3% shanik is attacking hard here uh maintaining close to Six watts per kilo up here knowing he’s got to get away now this group of four could work together and I’m sure they are uh but that Gap might be hard to pull back they’re going to have to hope that shach cracks a little bit will there be a crack in the armor folks not too sure hey uh and as we’re watching this here we’re going to get back into this just wanted to talk about someone uh and you know what I think she was a ruby Ambassador maybe she still is but and this is kind of a neat story to me because before I got into Ruby I found a lady on YouTube called I am I think her name I think her you would say I am Terry B so basically spell it out I am Terry B uh and she made some videos during CO’s how she was addicted to ruy and I started I followed her Channel I subscribed to her channel did all that kind of good stuff like every person should do who watches the videos you got to help us out how do we know what you like subscribe like do all that stuff folks um and then for and then so Terry does a bunch of triathon she lives in Vegas she’s a flare bartender um and so I watched a ton of her videos and then for the long time I’m like I wonder what happened to Terry like I haven’t seen her forever you know being someone that makes videos for YouTube I like this follow my people and uh yeah I checked Terry’s uh I I I think I searched her specifically and it it had been so long since she made a video she was in a horrible car wreck uh sorry bike accident she R I think she ran into or actually I don’t know I think the Tahoe hit her it was like one of those full-size SUVs turned left right in her her path yeah uh I’m so glad she’s doing well but long recovery Road for Terry um maybe check out her Channel support her uh also shout out her I guess it’s her husband has a really cool he’s a flare bartender as well and this guy kills it he’s got a great YouTube channel tons of subscribers doing very well check out his channel as well I forget the name of his channel but you’re going to see at the on the bottom of Terry’s page you’ll see that who she kind of like subscribes to obviously her husband uh so yeah it’s great to see Terry back but Terry is the one that got me interested in Ruby so I was kind of on zift and I was getting so bored of zift yeah there’s routes and yeah you can turn around and yeah you can give kudos to people and all that kind of stuff but I wanted to explore the world I didn’t want to be stuck on some fake island in the middle of the Pacific or some fake version of France or some fake version of orever uh I wanted to ride real climbs that the pros are riding and have more selection so that’s basically why I moved to Ruby and Terry’s videos just tweaked my brain enough to get into it uh so thank you Terry um I messaged her on YouTube and uh told her the story how she got me into it so hopefully people watch my videos and they think the same way and think I got to give this a shot so if you do see these videos and maybe you’re from zift or another platform you know we got be cool we got full G out there I know they change names all the time there’s been so many different brands uh you can get I think Ruby does a 14-day trial but you can get a free one month trial I guess it’s technically 30 days is what they say well maybe it’s not maybe it’s a month I don’t know just put my name in Colin and then put 1 M I think it all has to be in capitals call on 1M and that will unlock one month free trial for you so then you can really like you know push it to its limits you can really trial it out uh not everyone rides every day uh I’ve been pretty bad this week just things going on so we’ve got shanik at the front by himself 200 beers back we got the group of four still spin Jedi V montigue jerk Kip and mortino uh wow take a look at this folks so that group that was cruising up goat has now caught ghost pink so here’s miror boy Yaya REI uh dog trips has caught ghost pink at this point where is Eddie where is Eddie uh here’s Eddie so that group has been flying up from behind working as a pack drafting saving Watts uh and has just absorbed those two riders that were in the main group uh and it looks like Eddie is falling on the back of that group uh biker AP still coming and you know uh when I say that no disrespect to Eddie here he was pushing so hard at the front at the beginning uh maybe just overworked himself a little bit and so when that second group caught him you try to jump on I didn’t see the catch happen um so and it’s sometimes you just cannot hold those Wheels I’m one of them going to bounce back to the front we got to watch shanik come to the finish here shanik is just over 600 meters to go riding the gravel swerving through the potholes take a look at this folks you know deaking them out shucking and Jing whoa look at that woo uh just doing little bunny hops over these holes shik will be going in for the win and earlier on folks I said my Podium shanik Jer Kip spin Jedi still sticking to it we’ve got two other contenders there in the second group that may throw this off for me let’s see how this goes down we’re getting real close now shanik is only 200 met away we’re going to bounce back cuz we know shik’s got it let’s see if anyone here goes on an early attack but they’re all going to wait till the end I think we’re less we’re 350 Meers go someone’s got to like pull the pin now and go V monu lights it up nine watts per kilo here from V monu gets a little jump and then kind of settles down a bit here folks Jer Kip’s doing 10 watts per kilo folks coming into the Finish we got jerp is 11 12 out of vonu nine out of spin Jedi Mort hanging on a seven it was Jer Kip montigue and then spin Jedi spin Jedi got fourth place I think I called the podium though one two three that was the podium um so spin Jedi was like you know I’m going to say like 0. one of a second out of third place there uh we got Eaves here six watts per kilo so uh yeah that would be our five we had our first with shik four riders came in fifth place here’s sixth place coming in right now but wow Mira boy just lighten it up today I don’t think I’ve seen Mira boy ride this hard before um maybe on some of the other events he was just participating with us E’s pushing hard at 6 dog trips coming in hard Peter’s here Yaya REI okay so EES is going to take Sixth and then we’ve got a we’re going to have like a seven way Sprint two four yeah we’re going to have a six up Sprint here for seventh place and seven through whatever and you guys can just watch us go off because I cannot capture all this at once it looks like dog trips is at the front miror boy is going in yeah that was insane folks that was insane biker I think biker rode pretty much today solo uh Here Comes Eddie so Eddie did a great job bgm 151 inandi 86 and G sein they are uh less than a kilometer to go let’s just chill out here for a little bit watch them okay here we go here we go power’s moving up GC four Watts a kilo Thomas Lynn over four Watts a kilo so we’ve got this group here of five and then it’s 400 meters back to gtcr 3000 and then it’s a kilometer back to Anthony Clyde David 1951 okay here they come in folks people Anthony’s got a pretty good Gap it’s going to be tough for Clyde to catch up at this point then we’re going to bounce back another couple enemies we got rocket David 1951 here Rocket’s doing a great job look at this level 81 David level 61 being pursued by purple Bengal level 89 oh Kapa is right here as well and then we got Raymond raand eat more cake wall uh X is uh there as well fenic babun and Andy Lloyd has just pulled away a little bit here from Rama and Dez and do we still have our 42 Riders I’m really hoping we do so we got there’s 41 as monok our rer body so we still have 42 R we had our three that broke down at the beginning all had Mechanicals um our wider body 42nd Place uh so we have 42 Riders on a Sunday in July I think that’s pretty good I think that’s really good actually uh so don’t forget I’m going to jump away here uh pretty quickly folks I got a lot to do outside today um I I’ve missed my two rides in the last two days fencing this that the next thing uh getting crisp outside in the sun we had we just had a little bit of a mini Heat Wave I think we hit 34 35 Celsius that’ll probably do the one or two days a year that we get that here uh but it was like 3 4 days of it a lot of us here don’t have AC on the western side of Canada we don’t really need it uh I do have it it was broken miraculously got it fixed um yeah so don’t forget there’s two ra uh rides tomorrow two rides two races two events whatever you want to call them I’m probably going to join in on these ones because I don’t think I’ve done these rides yet uh so may maybe I can get the camera going maybe the camera will be up tomorrow uh it’s coming folks anything you can do to support the channel so here we go got rocket 72 coming in actually we missed Anthony finish sorry Anthony Rockets this I like seeing people and and purple Bengal just finished uh I used to do this a lot by myself and it’s funny we were talking about it uh quite a while ago I think it was myself jills and Roger team GRC the original Trio there we rode halaka uh in Hawaii and we were joking because at that time I was always wanting to put in a little bit of a Sprint at the end of every climb I did I rode solo as well um and even like after an hour and a half an hour and 45 minute clim I would always Sprint at the end see how hard I could do it but these Sprints last like 2 seconds where you drop 10 11 watts per kilo 12 13 14 Maybe I think the biggest number I’ve ever done for myself is maybe 15 watts a kilo um but yeah they last like a second and a half at that point especially after riding over 2,000 meters of hakala so that was a cool memory to go back on uh yeah that was a really fun ride and I want to do some more of those I got some Adventure rides planned and I think with the camera on it’s going to be better shout out to my lead out train you know who you are these are people that have done just a little bit extra help to help support me and the channel uh I’d really like to grow
